5d was engaged to work with the General Manager of a leading Coal Port Construction Company to build an approach to realign project leadership to in turn make the changes needed to lift delivery performance.
5d worked with a small leadership team to develop a more cohesive and integrated approach for leading the project. Subsequently 5d designed and conducted a number of short session with leaders followed by a broader leadership group session to identify the work required to move to a new project structure, processes and systems.
The broader session produced a series of initiatives for definition and execution by the broader leadership team.
