I would like to thank you for your valuable assistance over the past 4 years whilst I’ve led Blair Athol and more recently the Clermont Region.
I recall the first piece of work you helped me with back in 2007; building a new management team and a Blair Athol life of mine strategy, which resulted in a very solid foundation for subsequent years.
In fact, the strategy and vision we built in 2007 is still in use today and I believe the foundation to Blair Athol receiving a Rio Tinto CEO Safety Award in 2009 and setting a number of production records along the way.
Since then you have become our preferred facilitator for strategic plan development work and I have recommended (and at times insisted) that you work with different teams to develop their strategic plans. More recently this has led to me recommending your facilitation skills be used in the Clermont community; the feedback from which has been overwhelming. I have also greatly appreciated the personal support you have given me, the patience you’ve shown and the professionalism with which you’ve demonstrated at all times. I have and will continue to recommend you and your company as a valuable partner when developing strategic approaches to business direction.
