5d partnered with the Nissan Northern Region Team to design and conduct strategic conversations for Dealer Principles and their leadership teams and to provide ongoing support the execution of the 3 year strategy.

In the first few months of 2010, 5d ran over 36 strategy sessions for 210 franchisees. In many cases this was the first time the franchisees had been exposed to a strategic planning process.

Queensland dealers and the Northern Region team set themselves a target market share of 10% (a 4% lift) and set about a disciplined and dogged approach to implementing their strategies.

Each year we reviewed the plans together and re-committed to the goals. The Northern Team and the dealer network used those plans as a basis of their collaboration.

In January 2012, two months ahead of schedule, they achieve a 10.2% marketshare consolidating their position as the best performing Region in the Nation and the fastest growing manufacturer in Queensland.
