5D was engaged by the Managing Director of a ASX-200 professional infrastructure and environmental services company to design and run a session with the global heads of business. 5d worked with the MD to design a program that was aimed to deliver against the business objectives and to leverage the environment.
The two day session session began with an exploration of individual and team preferences and a discussion of how these preferences were demonstrated in the work context. The following morning the team was engaged in developing their leadership, management skills and newly found insights in a purposefully designed outdoor activity in an around the Tangalooma wrecks. The team met the challenges well and built on the theoretical insights in real and practical ways taking this experience into a strategy session where the team worked together on their business.
5d worked with the team to identify risks and opportunities for their team performance in the context of their business objectives. Each executive took away several personal objectives to develop further.
